Presentation instructions
Templates for download:
Oral Presentation Format
- Format: Microsoft Power Point
- Slide size: 16:9. You can use the EBJIS template (DOWNLOAD HERE) or your own template in 16:9.
- Please include a Conflict of Interest declaration as the first or second slide, you can download a template here or use your own.
- Number of slides: No limit, depending on duration of talk.
- Duration of talk:
- If presenting in a free paper session, your presentation is scheduled to last 6 + 2 minutes (presentation + questions and discussion).
- If presenting in a key session: The duration of the talk will be sent by e-mail to all invited speakers.
Upload of presentation
Please bring your presentation on a USB flash drive to the conference. We do not allow the use of personal laptops for presentations.
Please bring your presentation to the Speakers Preview Room (at least 2 hours before your presentation). Authors of the early morning sessions on Friday and Saturday are requested to upload their presentation the day before.
A technician will assist you in uploading the presentation.
Your presentation will then be available in the room, in which your session is scheduled.
